4. Delays & Exceptions

While we work with trusted suppliers and logistics partners, delays may still occur.

Mynorra is not liable for shipping delays caused by customs, local holidays, extreme weather, or carrier issues.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at mynorra.us@gmail.com with:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item or packaging (if applicable)

We’ll coordinate with our supplier to either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on stock availability.


6. Returns & Refunds for Shipping Issues

Refunds are not automatically issued for delivery delays.

✅ Refunds will be processed only in cases of:

  • Lost packages (confirmed by carrier)

  • Irreparably damaged products (verified with photos)

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after investigation.

❌ If the shipping address was incorrect or the buyer changed their mind after shipping, shipping costs are non-refundable.
