Return & Refund Policy

At Mynorra™, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.


1. Returns

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • Items marked as “final sale”, “clearance”, or “personalized” are not eligible for return.

How to initiate a return:

  1. Email us at mynorra.us@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will respond with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

  3. Ship the item back at your own cost (unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us).


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Partial refunds may apply if:

  • The item is damaged,

  • Not in its original condition,

  • Or missing parts not due to our mistake.


3. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately at mynorra.us@gmail.com with:

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • Your order number

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, at no additional cost to you.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you'd like a different item, simply return your order for a refund and place a new one separately.


5. Return Shipping

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We are not liable for lost, delayed, or untracked return shipments.

Please use a trackable shipping method when returning items.

5.1 Order Cancellations – 20% Fee

Once an order is placed, it immediately enters processing at our fulfillment center.
If you request a cancellation before your order has shipped, a 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover payment processing and handling costs.

If your order has already shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation.
Refused deliveries or returned packages are also subject to the 20% fee.

By placing an order on our store, you agree to this cancellation policy.
